Welcome to ContentCraft AI. By using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

1. Using Our Services

You may only use our Services for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorization
• Disrupting the platform, introducing malware, or abusing promotional features

We reserve the right to remove violating content, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary.

2. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, security risks, or policy violations.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, text, graphics, software) belongs to ContentCraft AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content unless we give you written permission.

4. User-Generated Content

Our platform may let you create or share content (“User Content”). You confirm that:

• Your content complies with the law and does not infringe on others’ rights
• You remain responsible for what you share

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process it for the purpose of operating and improving our services. We will never use private content for marketing without your consent.

5. Payments

Prices for paid services are shown at checkout (usually in EUR) and must be paid upfront unless stated otherwise. We issue electronic receipts/invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspended or limited access.

We may change prices for future purchases, but completed transactions are not affected.

6. Revisions & Refunds & Digital Content

Payments are generally non-refundable except when:

• The purchased service was not delivered
• A technical issue on our side prevented access
• You were charged twice

• A revision is available if the delivered Work departs from the original brief and must be requested before the automatic escrow release (within 14 days from the transaction date); requests that expand the brief may incur additional fees. Refunds may be considered only for non-delivery, a material deviation not remedied by revision, or a technical failure preventing completion, provided the request is made within 14 days from the transaction date. No refunds are issued for grades or subjective dissatisfaction, late provision of required materials, use of the Work in breach of academic-integrity rules, or for requests made more than six months after payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days; payment-processor fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@contentcraftai.com. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important: By clicking “Pay / Start Now,” you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that once delivery begins, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/Czech law (§ 1837(l) Civil Code).

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. For all other claims, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk and review their terms separately.

9. Termination

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, security risks, or unlawful activity. Termination does not cancel obligations you have already incurred (e.g., outstanding payments).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when laws, technology, or our operations change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, but EU/EEA consumers may also file claims in their home country. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

12. Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with verifiable parental/guardian consent. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the services.
